I underpin my coaching with 25 years of first-hand business experience from my international career as a Board Executive & CFO. I have worked in Global Food & Nutrition companies across the FMCG and Healthcare sectors, leading large diverse teams and developing business opportunities in many geographies.

My experience of leading successfully through strategic and operational change is all about personalising it for people. I co-led several organisational redesign projects and developed a deep appreciation of the human behaviours that make for success during periods of change. Using coaching skills undoubtedly enhanced my own leadership, with many opportunities to develop individuals and teams to grow and perform at their motivated best, even in uncertainty.

I championed many leaders to progress their careers and become successful, holistic business leaders, often in new cultures and countries. Equipping the next generation of leaders for success is incredibly important and continues to be a key part of my coaching practice

Before building my coaching business I trained with Barefoot as a Certified Business and Personal Coach, accredited by Chester University and I am a member of the International Coaching Federation.
